Send your deposit with the amounts specified in the contract. Send copies to the email listed in the contract. The contact details for the deposit are within the contract and its amount is about 20% of the total. You will have eight days to send a copy of the contract and copies of deposit at this time any additional reservation requests will remain frozen. The house will be available again to any other customers at the end of eight days.It's important in the correspondence - Do not change email address - Indicate in object in the mail your reservation number and the name of the house - Keep the answers in history. When the deposit is credited to the account owner and the signed contract was received ask "the information on the arrival in vacation house."
